Private Connect off
the public Internet

L2 or L3 across sites, data centers and PoPs, with the port's capacity held in reserve.

The circuit joins those points. The Internet stays off the path.

Real‑world use cases

  • One L2 domain across branches

Each branch lands on its nearest PoP with a dedicated port and sees the same VLAN as the rest. Store-to-core traffic never leaves the network.

  • Private backhaul to your compute

Join your own data center to the servers you run on the network over a dedicated circuit: no NAT, no VPN over the Internet, your addressing end to end.

  • Replication between two regions

Replicate databases and volumes between two PoPs over reserved capacity, so the sync job never competes with production traffic.

Capabilities

Service scope

  • Point‑to‑point and multipoint

Pick a point-to-point circuit between two sites, multipoint L2 to share a single broadcast domain, or multipoint L3 with routing between sites.

  • Ports from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps

Every site comes in at its own port speed, so you size each link to that site's real traffic.

  • Dedicated bandwidth

The circuit shares no capacity with Internet traffic. Contracted speed stays reserved, and your latency and jitter profile never rides on public congestion.

  • Your VLANs end to end

802.1Q tagged transport: you carry your own VLAN scheme over the circuit and keep production, management and backup separate on one physical port.

  • BGP over the circuit

On L3 topologies you advertise your IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes over BGP sessions with the network, with routing policy defined alongside our engineering team before turn-up.

  • Delivery at your site or the PoP

The circuit terminates where you need it: a PoP on the network, your own data center, or an office with last mile coordinated by engineering in each country.

Architecture

How it's built

Your siteSite, DC or PoP
IPXON FabricInternet
Multi-region transport plane
L2 and L3 domains are built on the multi-region LATAM fabric, so a new site joins as one more endpoint instead of forcing a topology redesign.
On the PoP network
Each site port joins the PoP network, on the same fabric as the rest of the platform.
Isolated from Internet transit
The private circuit and your Internet egress ride the same fiber on separate logical planes: saturating your IP transit does not degrade site-to-site traffic.
Design and turn-up with engineers
Addressing plan, BGP sessions and go-live are executed by IPXON network engineers, backed by on-site smart-hands technicians. 24/7/365 technical support for critical incidents. Operational requests.

Private Connect terminates at any PoP on the network, with last mile to your own sites coordinated country by country with local carriers.

Turn-up time depends on the PoP and on whether the site already has fiber delivered.
