Cookie policy
Which cookies and local storage the IPXON site uses, why they are set, and how to manage your preferences.
Effective: Version 1.0.0-review
Español. Read this document in SpanishThis policy explains how Conexum Inc., operating as IPXON Networks, uses cookies and similar technologies on its public website. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time to accept, reject or change optional categories.
1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small records stored by your browser and sent to a website in later requests. Local storage keeps information in the browser until removed or expired by the website; session storage normally lasts for the tab's session. Pixels, scripts and similar technologies can also send information from your device.
The same choice rules apply to optional tracking whether it uses a cookie, local storage, a script or a server-side event. A first-party identifier can still be personal data. For more about personal data and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
2. Your choices
Accept all enables optional categories. Reject optional leaves only storage needed for requested functions. Save preferences applies the categories you select. Optional switches start off, and continuing to browse is not consent.
You may withdraw an optional choice as easily as you gave it. We then stop the relevant future collection and event transmission and remove optional first-party storage under our control. Withdrawal does not reverse processing already lawfully completed. A third-party cookie set on another domain may also need to be removed through your browser or the provider's controls.
We store your choice for up to 365 days. An expired, missing or invalid consent record does not enable optional processing. We ask again when needed, including when a material change requires a new choice. Browser or device settings may remove storage earlier, and a choice on one browser may not automatically carry to another.
3. Categories
| Category | Purpose | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Security, remembering your privacy choice, and a checkout or other function you request | Active only as needed for that function |
| Analytics | Understand use of the website and improve its usability | Off until accepted |
| Marketing | Campaign attribution, conversion measurement and advertising | Off until accepted |
The panel offers three categories: Necessary, Analytics and Marketing.
We do not treat advertising attribution as necessary to submit a form or buy a service. You can use those functions without accepting optional categories. A requested language choice may be remembered without enabling analytics or advertising.
5. Other first-party browser storage
| Name or pattern | Storage | Purpose | Category | Maximum duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ipxon-cookie-consent | Local storage | Keeps the interface consistent with the current privacy choice | Necessary | 365 days; invalidated with expired or replaced consent |
ipxon-conv:* | Local storage | Prevents duplicate advertising conversion events | Marketing | 30 days |
ipxon-conv-visit:* | Session storage | Keeps a reference for an advertising conversion on a page | Marketing | Tab session |
ipxon-conv-visit:* is created when the path matches. Sending to Google Ads or Bing UET requires marketing. Consent evidence held on our servers has its own retention period, described in the Privacy Policy; it does not extend the lifetime of your browser consent.
6. Third-party technologies
The live inventory below identifies the providers and storage enabled on the production website, including duration and purpose. A configured integration is not permission to load it without the appropriate choice.
| Provider | Name | Purpose | Category | Maximum duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google (Analytics) | _ga, _ga_<ID> | Distinguish visitors and sessions to measure use | Analytics | Up to 2 years; browsers may shorten it |
| Google (Ads) | _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, _gac_<ID> | Attribute conversions to Google Ads campaigns | Marketing | 90 days |
| Microsoft (Clarity) | _clck, _clsk, CLID, SM | Interaction analytics, heatmaps and session recordings | Analytics | _clck and CLID up to 1 year; _clsk 1 day; SM session |
| Microsoft (Advertising) | _uetsid, _uetvid, MUID | Measure conversions and attribute Microsoft Advertising (UET) campaigns | Marketing | _uetsid 1 day; _uetvid and MUID up to 13 months |
| Google (Maps) | google.com storage (for example NID) | Show a facility map, only if you choose to load it | Analytics or marketing, plus your click on “Show map” | Set by Google, up to 6 months |
These cookies are set by the provider in your browser only when the matching category is allowed. Without that choice they are not created. The _gl parameter may briefly appear in the address bar when linking domains with Google; we remove it once it has been read.
The website supports these optional integrations when configured and enabled:
- Google Analytics: analytics of website use. Its analytics-only configuration must not activate advertising features without a separate marketing choice.
- Microsoft Clarity: interaction analytics, heatmaps and session recordings. Sensitive fields and account or checkout content are excluded from recording.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising: campaign and conversion measurement and advertising. Data may include campaign identifiers, event type, value and an event reference. It must not include message contents, passwords or hosted Customer Data.
- Google Maps: an optional facility map. Before loading an embedded map, we explain that Google will receive connection information and may use its own storage, and ask you to choose to load it. A general analytics choice does not automatically enable maps. An external map link is also available.
Providers may process information in other countries or associate identifiers with other information they hold. Their policies explain their own processing: Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
8. Changes and contact
We update this policy and the live inventory when the technologies or their purposes change. A new optional purpose requires an appropriate new choice before it starts.
